A one-hour counseling session is a focused, confidential conversation where we work together to address your personal concerns and goals. During this time, we’ll explore what’s on your mind, whether it’s managing stress, navigating a life transition, or working through deeper emotional challenges. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness, tailored to support your unique needs. This hour is dedicated to you—a safe, judgment-free space to foster insight, clarity, and meaningful steps toward personal growth.
