I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness, tailored to support your unique needs. This hour is dedicated to you—a safe, judgment-free space to foster insight, clarity, and meaningful steps toward personal growth.

I’m Sashaun Clarke, a therapist deeply committed to supporting greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and authentic connection. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem challenges, attachment wounds, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

Further, I have over six years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and AuDHD.

Grounded in over eight years of personal mindfulness practice, my approach integrates the wisdom of mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These modalities support clients in turning inward with curiosity and compassion, fostering emotional regulation, self-trust, and the ability to meet life’s challenges with greater presence.
